Michael Ogundele & Co (Chartered Accountants) is an Indigenous firm of Chartered Accountants, Tax Practitioners, Fraud Examiners and Forensic Investigation Professionals based principally in Lagos, Abuja and Ilorin.
The firm was founded in December 2006 and licensed by ICAN to provide professional services in the field of Accountancy, Taxation, Auditing and Management Consultancy. In 2011 we were certified as Fraud Examiner by ACFE USA and in 2014 we were also certified to carry out forensic investigations by IICIP USA. We are also a member of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). We are registered with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) as licensed professional accountants that is qualified to practice in Nigeria with registration number FRC/2012/ICAN/0242.
