He is a graduate of accounting with about twenty-five years of experience in different industries ranging from forensic investigation, fraud examination, auditing, taxation, accounting and general financial management consultancy services in oil and gas and other industries. He is seasoned consultant in both public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Information Systems Audit & Controls Association (ISACA), Chartered Institute of Costs and Management Accountants (CICMA), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) International from USA. International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (IICFIP) from USA, Fellow of Institute of Company & Commercial Accountants of Nigeria (ICCAN). He also bagged a Master Degree (MBA) in Financial Management from LASU and a holder of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, Kwara State. He has consulted for SS Afemikhe & Co, Hart Group England and Chuba Medidem & Co (Chartered Accountants) on Value for Money Audits, NEITI from 1999 to 2005, JV audits of Chevron from 2004 to 2011 for NAPIMS/NNPC, Forensic and Special audit of NNPC/TEPNG audit 2015-2019, Statutory audit of NNPC/PHRC 2018-2024, Forensic audit of Kwara state college of Education 2018-2021 and Statutory audit of Kwara state Polytechnic 2018 to 2021, Kwara State Primary Health Care Dev. Agency 2019-2021. He is currently the Managing Partner/Director of Michael Ogundele & Co Chartered Accountants/MCK Consulting Ltd. Bayo Iyanda (ACA, ACTI, FIPMA, AMNIM, B.Sc.) (Associate Partner – Audit & Assurance)
Bayo is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Fellow of Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (IPMA) of Nigeria, Member of Nigerian Institute of management (NIM) and a Business Admin Graduate from University of Ilorin, Kwara State. He started his professional career as Audit Trainee in 2009 with Michael Ogundele & Co (Chartered Accountants) where his experience and expertise distinguished him to become one of the leading audit seniors and later rose to become a Senior Manager, Audit & Assurance unit. Having successfully upgraded and developed himself through training, seminars, research, personal commitment and above all; educational and career development, he is now an Associate Partner in charge of Audit and Assurance Services. He possesses exceptional interpersonal skills that have consistently distinguished him in every engagement, particularly in collaborative assignments such as the NNPC Joint Venture Forensic Audit, NNPC Statutory Audit, FIRS National Tax Audit, Forensic Investigations, and other major joint projects. Solomon Olanrewaju Fadipe (ACA, ACTI, AMNIM, HND) (Senior Manager, Accounting Solutions and Allied Services)
Solomon is an Associate Member of the Prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered. He graduated from one of the Federal Polytechnics in Nigeria with over seventeen years of working experience. He has broader knowledge in auditing of financial information in both private and public entities and has been a member of the joint audit team to the Portharcourt Refining Company Ltd for the past six years, and also partook in the execution of NNPC/TEPNG JV forensic audit for the year 2015 to 2019. Adebukola T. Adeyemi (BSc) (Manager, Forensic Investigations)
With over five years of hands-on experience in forensic accounting, she combines sharp analytical skills with a results-driven mindset. Beginning her career at MCK Consulting Ltd/Michael Ogundele & Co in 2019 as a Forensic Data Analyst, she rapidly advanced to Manager by leading end-to-end investigations that recovered funds for clients from major banks. Awokunle Amos Gbeminiyi (ACA, ACTI)

He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State, and a Diploma in Public Accounting and Audit from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin.

Adejoke O. Adebayo (BSc., HRM, ACA-in-View) (Senior Associate)
Adejoke O. Adebayo, a graduate of the University of Ilorin, is a result-oriented professional with expertise in auditing, forensic investigation, and financial analysis. She is a student member of ICAN and holds certifications in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Investigation as well as Human Resource Management. She began her professional career with Michael Ogundele & Co. (Chartered Accountants) during her undergraduate studies, where she completed a 3-month internship at the Ilorin branch office. Building on this foundation, she later joined the firm’s head office in Ikeja, Lagos, where she grew through the ranks to become a senior associate. In this role, she has actively participated in statutory audits and forensic investigations of both private and public entities, contributing to the successful recovery of funds from financial institutions for multiple clients. Currently, Adejoke is an active staff member at Michael Ogundele & Co. She combines her technical expertise in auditing and forensic review with strong business acumen to drive organizational growth and value creation. Folashade Ganiyat Kadiri (BSc., OND) (Assistant Manager, Forensic Investigation)
Folashade is a Member of the Prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She graduated from Kwara State University. She has broader knowledge in auditing of financial information in both private and public entities, and has been a member of the audit team of Landmark Schools and Thames Valley College.
